Scott Smith has been involved in real estate in the Dallas Fort Worth area since 1980. Scott’s extensive real estate experience includes land sales, tenant representation, and retail leasing. In addition, Scott has significant experience and knowledge of the healthcare and retirement industry.
After graduating with a business degree from Southern Methodist University in 1978, Scott served as Executive Director for Do
ctors Healthcare Center, Inc. There, he researched and developed a retirement/sub acute facility as well as coordinated a muti-million dollar expansion project. Scott’s special interest in real estate lead him to Hank Dickerson Co., and then to Grubb & Ellis where he successfully specialized in retail leasing and tenant representation.Scott’s determination and wide range of real estate experience have allowed him to become acquainted with properties all over the Dallas Fort Worth area and most importantly, better serve his clients. Scott is an avid tennis player, and he enjoys a good game of golf. He and his wife, Caroline, reside in Dallas. Together, they are members of Christ the King Catholic Church.
