JPMorgan Renews at Preston Commons

BentleyForbes Signs Bank to New 50,163-SF Deal

JPMorgan Chase Bank signed a long-term lease renewal for 50,163 square feet at Preston Commons, at 8111 Preston Road in Dallas, TX.

The lease renewal includes office space, a retail banking location, building signage and an ATM location. JPMorgan Chase Bank agreed to re-design its retail bank to allow for a new restaurant on the property at Preston Commons.

Russell Cosby of Magellan Commercial Realty Inc. represented JPMorgan Chase Bank. Trey Smith and Clint Madison of Capstar Real Estate Services represented the landlord, BentleyForbes. Hans Mumper, the senior vice president and co-director of asset management, also represented BentleyForbes internally.
