The intent of the Facility Review is to provide the entire universe of properties that meet the tenant’s stated requirements. Magellan and the tenant will review, discuss and narrow the subset of properties based on the following criteria:

• Space Availability
• Location and Access
• Floor Layout and Configuration
• Area Amenities
• Parking
• Aesthetics
• Curb Appeal
• Quoted Rental Rate (if appropriate)
