Brandon Rutledge, a fifth generation Dallasite, has been actively involved in commercial real estate brokerage and development since graduating from Texas Christian University in 1994. As Vice President of Magellan Commercial Realty, he specializes in land disposition and investment-grade transactions for both purchasers and sellers. He currently works closely with the President of Magellan on numerous transactions across north Texas.

During the period from 1994 – 2003, Brandon focused his efforts primarily on the northeast Tarrant, Ellis, Wise and Denton County areas. Subsequently, he has assisted clients in nearly every county in the north Texas area. Brandon was initially employed by The Stratford Group, a highly respected land brokerage firm, and then by Amerisouth, a niche player in the multi-family brokerage and redevelopment arena. Brandon had a strong desire to return to land and investment brokerage sales, and he joined the Magellan team in November 2006.

Brandon resides in Dallas and has two small children.  Brandon is a member of the Highland Park United Methodist Church.
